RETURN AND EXCHANGE POLICY – AUTOMOTIVE SUPPLY GROUP
To ensure transparency and quality control of our products, Automotive Supply Group establishes the following policy:
- Electronic Components and Airbags (New and Certified Used)
These parts are NOT eligible for cash refunds under any circumstances.
They may only be exchanged for an equivalent part within a maximum of 24 hours from the date of purchase.
After this period, no exchanges or claims will be accepted.
The part must be in the same condition as when delivered, unused, undamaged, and with its seals intact.
- Body Parts and other Mechanical Parts
These parts may be exchanged within a maximum of 48 hours from the date of purchase.
Cash refunds are not available; only exchanges for another part or store credit will be issued.
The part must be unpainted, unmodified, uninstalled, and in its original condition.
- Additional Costs
Automotive Supply Group reserves the right to apply handling, restocking, or price difference charges as applicable.
If the replacement part is of greater value, the customer must pay the difference.
Installation, labor, and transportation costs are not covered.
By making a purchase, the customer automatically accepts this policy.
